These tools are loaded only after you accept the cookie banner (or take no action and interact with the page), and never if you decline. No personally identifiable information is passed to these tools.

Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services:
- FormSubmit — processes quote form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox. Form data is transmitted securely.
- Google Places API — retrieves Google Reviews data via our own Netlify serverless function. No third-party scripts are loaded; data is fetched server-side and no Google cookies are set by this integration.
- Google Maps — some pages embed a Google Map showing our service area. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and collect data (including your IP address) subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Our maps are loaded only when they scroll into view.
- Self-hosted fonts — our typefaces are served directly from our own website, so no font data is sent to third parties.
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes serverless functions. Netlify may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
Data Retention
Quote request information is retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to complete your project or respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Consent & Communications (CASL)
When you submit our quote form, you check a box confirming you consent to us contacting you about your request. In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we only send communications related to your inquiry or projects with us. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@texorapainting.com.
Your Rights (PIPEDA & BC PIPA)
