Clear Estimate
Before any work begins, you get a clear written estimate — scope, prep, colours, timeline and price all laid out. No vague ballparks and no surprises later. You'll know exactly what we're doing, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Texora Painting is a locally owned residential painting and drywall company based in Tsawwassen, Delta, BC. We transform homes across Tsawwassen, Ladner, and greater Delta — one room, one house, one neighbourhood at a time.
Texora is owned and run by two local partners who personally meet every homeowner and stand behind each job — while our trained, uniformed crews handle the work on site. We built the company on a simple belief: do excellent work, treat every homeowner with respect, and never cut corners. That mindset earned us 5-star reviews, repeat customers, and referrals that keep our three crews busy.
Every project — whether it's a single-room refresh or a full exterior repaint — gets the same care and attention. We show up on time, protect your home, clean up after ourselves, and don't leave until you're happy.
We use premium products and proven techniques for lasting results you can count on.
We show up on time, communicate clearly, and stand behind our work.
We're proud to be part of the community and treat every home like our own.
From prep to final touch, we pay attention to the details that make the difference.
Hiring a painter shouldn't be stressful. Beyond the painting and drywall itself, Texora manages the whole project for you — one point of contact, proactive updates, and a crew that stays focused on your home from the first estimate to after the job is done.

Before any work begins, you get a clear written estimate — scope, prep, colours, timeline and price all laid out. No vague ballparks and no surprises later. You'll know exactly what we're doing, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Every project is run by one dedicated project manager who knows your job inside out. You're never chasing different crew members to find out what's going on — you have a single point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final handshake.
Once we start your project, our crew stays focused on it through to completion instead of constantly bouncing between unrelated job sites. That means steady, visible progress on your home — and a finish date you can actually count on.
You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening with your own home. We reach out before you have to ask — with texts, photos and quick check-ins — so you always know what was done today and what's coming next.
When the work is done, your project manager walks the finished project with you. We review everything together and note anything that needs a final touch. Completion means you're genuinely happy with the result — not just that the crew packed up.
If something tied to our work turns up after the walkthrough — even a week or two later — just reach out and we'll schedule a return visit to make it right. Your project is also backed by our workmanship warranty. We'd rather finish the job properly than treat completion as the end of the relationship.
The system isn't the point — what it does for you is:

"We built Texora together on one simple promise — treat every home like it's our own, and never hand back work we wouldn't be proud of. That's still how we run it: our names are on this company, and on every single job we finish."
Ruslan leads the craft and the crews on the ground — the prep, the finish, and the standard every one of our painters is trained to hold on your project.
Illia runs the business and creative side as CEO — the systems, the customer experience, and the ideas that keep Texora sharp, honest, and easy to work with.
Together we run three dedicated crews and treat every home like our own. At the end of the day, we're working in people's homes — and that means everything to us.
We're based right on 56th Street in Tsawwassen — the peninsula tucked between the Strait of Georgia and Boundary Bay — so the homes we paint are our neighbours' homes. From the ocean-view properties of English Bluff and the character houses around Boundary Bay and Beach Grove to Pebble Hill, Tsawwassen Heights, The Terrace and the newer Southlands — and just north into Ladner and greater Delta — we know how homes here are built, weathered, and best cared for.
Living this close to the water has its perks and its quirks — and protecting homes from it is exactly what we specialise in. Tsawwassen enjoys the driest, sunniest microclimate in Metro Vancouver — nearly 40% less rain than downtown Vancouver — but the salt air blowing in off the Strait of Georgia and Boundary Bay is a very different challenge than most Lower Mainland cities face. That marine salt, paired with strong coastal sun, breaks ordinary paint down faster, corrodes fasteners, and works its way into trim and fascia boards where rot hides behind still-fresh-looking paint.
We've learned exactly how coastal homes fail here — and how to stop it. We wash off salt build-up, repair and prime bare wood, replace rotten fascia, seal end-grain, and specify premium, salt- and UV-resistant coatings chosen for seaside exposure. It's the kind of detail an out-of-town crew simply won't think to do — and it's why Tsawwassen and Boundary Bay homeowners trust us with their exteriors.
Because we live and work here, we show up on time, protect your property, respect your street and your neighbours, and stand behind the work long after the day's ferry traffic on Highway 17 has cleared. Hire Texora and you're hiring the painters from down the road — not a crew shipped in from across the Lower Mainland.
