Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either party until a written agreement is signed.

We provide residential interior and exterior painting, drywall, and related finishing services. The specific scope, materials, schedule, and price for any project are defined in the written quote or contract for that project, which — together with our Workmanship Warranty — governs the work we perform. Where these Terms and a signed project contract differ, the signed contract controls for that project.

4. Booking, Deposits & Payment

Scheduling, deposit requirements, payment terms, and cancellation details are set out in your individual project quote or contract. Please review that document carefully before work begins.

5. Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews and ratings shown on this Site reflect feedback from real customers and, where indicated, are sourced from third-party platforms such as Google. Individual results and experiences vary from project to project.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, the Texora name and mascot, graphics, and project photography — is owned by or licensed to Texora Painting and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
